Inspect the item on the same day you receive it to make sure there are no damages. If there are any damages please let us know by calling 718-907-7200 or 877-628-3025 within 24 hours. We must report these damages to the shipping company right away (no longer than 48 hours from receipt) in order to recover the damages.

Call FaucetStop.com customer service to obtain a valid RMA or RGA Number. (Return Merchandise Authorization or Return Goods Authorization)
The representative will give you the address of the warehouse where the returned item should be shipped to.
You will be given instructions on how to ship.
Your item will be refunded or exchanged in a timely manner per the full terms and conditions of our refund and exchange policy.
